>I’m quite fond of tracking things when it comes working out, and especially when it comes to running. Every now and then I need a reminder of how things are going, and it’s nice to know if I’m on track or not. Recently, Anthony picked up the iPod Nike sports kit, and while that looks totally cool, I don’t have an iPod nano to use with it. I keep a running journal at home, and since I’ve been running with friends, I’ve kept a seperate blog for tracking runs as well. But I’ve recently come across a couple of sites that have been put together to help you track your fitness goals, including JustMove.org and MyStartOnline – both by the American Heart Association.
