>Friday Feast #129

What was one of the fashion fads when you were a teenager?
It was the 80′s so big hair and spiral perms and shoulder pads were all the rage. I managed to avoid the wearing of neon and Madonna and Flashdance -inspired clothing that was popular at the time.

Name one thing you think people assume about you when they first meet you.
Man this is a tough one to answer. I think people assume I’m a snob, until they get to know me.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how hard do you work?
At work, a 7 or 8. Doing something creative (happens now and then at work, but more often outside of the day job) – it can be a 9 or 10. If I have passion for what I’m working on, I can get totally focused. I love getting in that zone.

Main Course
If you were given a free 30-second commercial during the Super Bowl to sell anything you currently own, what would you advertise?
My collection of Architectural Digests that I’ve been meaning to sell. I have them all from 1976 – 1987 and then most from each year p to 1994.

Fill in the blank: I love to ________ when it is _________.
I love to run when it’s 15°C and slightly overcast.

>February Thunder!

>Did anyone else hear & see the thunder and lightening last night? It had warmed up so quickly it’s not a huge surprise. It’s just odd to have weather like that in February!!

I had a busy yet quiet evening. I worked till 6:30 then headed home and got soem stuff together and went to the gym. I had a good run on the treadmill and then did an upper body workout. I then headed home and made a late supper. I was just finishing preparing my meal when I noticed the thunder and lightening. Whacky. I started to watch Mirrormask, which Lisa had lent to me, but I only got about 25 minutes in before I had to turn it off so I could hit the hay. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of it – it has a really cool style to it!
